The Basics of the Uniform Commercial Code Webinar

Many commercial lenders require their loans to be secured by various personal property of their borrower. Article 9 wholly governs this process. Article 9 is complicated, comprehensive and exacting. This course teaches both the basics of how to properly secure a loan as well as covering some real life situations that affect proper perfection and priority.  In addition, this course teaches the coverages of a UCCPlus Policy of Insurance for secured personal property loans. Finally, the course explains the basic structure and dynamics of a mezzanine loan transaction.
