  “Bankruptcy and Title Insurance” – Solving the mysteries of handing bankruptcy issues when issuing a title policy. This presentation will be an overview on the reasons why bankruptcy needs to be addressed in a transaction, what requirements are necessary to issue a title policy involving a bankruptcy and a general discussion of things to look out for when dealing with bankruptcies.

• Hour 3: How Your Commitment Leads to Closing
  Commit to Be Fit.  Learn how a fitness routine for your title commitment leads to a healthy, ethical and successful closing.  We will start with a brief warm-up: a reminder of the basics and a few ethical considerations.  Then we will jump into some high-intensity training by looking at examples relating to who is in title, how to get rid of old mortgages, what to do with liens, how to handle survey matters, and whether easements affect your property.  After you finish this work out, you’re guaranteed to gain strength, build stamina, increase flexibility and see remarkable results.
